EuroGuard AI is a B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses operating in the European Union understand and comply with EU regulations including GDPR, DSA, EAA, NIS2, and related directives. The Service includes website compliance scanning, AI-assisted legal document generation, and a compliance chat assistant.

3. Not Legal Advice

The content, documents, and responses generated by EuroGuard AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified legal professional before relying on any output from the Service for legal decisions.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, using the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws, or circumventing usage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

EuroGuard AI retains all rights to the platform and its underlying technology. Documents generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to your active subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroGuard AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
